Pending Hosting Account Signup since September 20 at 2:56 pm

Hello,

I've created a free account on September 20 at 2:56 pm and instantly confirmed it. Now the Hosting Account page always displays the following message:

Pending Hosting Account Signup submitted September 20 at 2:56 pm
action status Process wait
information   Your hosting account signup is currently awaiting processing or
              executing within our system queue. Its status is displayed above and
              will be updated upon clicking the submit below.

1. There is no submit "below".
2. When will my account be activated?
