Hello,

The hosting account activation system is on an automated queue. This queue can sometimes get backed up when there's an increase in registrations or some server downtime. At times, it can take a week for the queue to get to an account and prepare it for activation. The email won't be sent until this stage is reached.

Also, I do not believe there is currently a way to edit any information on the account while it is in the activation queue, and we cannot place you in the front of the queue as this would be unfair to other users.
