Your hosting isn't pending, it's suspended. This is because you uploaded a nulled script to the servers and in doing so violated on of the clauses of the Terms of Service. This is a permanent suspension and you will not be given access to your files or databases prior to their deletion.

Can I register a new hosting package other possible?

Users are only allowed to have one free hosting account so you will have to wait until your current account is fully terminated before you can request a new free hosting account. That will be at least 14 days. Could be much longer.
