Pending Processing of Hosting Account

On the front page it says that "you'll be up and running in under 5 minutes". It's been 2 days.
Is there a reason for the delay?
It was quite important that I had this website set up by today, because I'm going away for a week now and will be unable to access my account.

Try sign up later.Currently we are facing some sign up issue.Sorry for inconvenience

I keep getting errors every time I try.

Any guesses how long it'll be before I can sign up successfully?
