Pending Status

Hi there,

I've been waiting over 24 hours in pending status for my new free hosting site to come through.

I understand the answer on here has been 'there's maintenance, hang on'...but I was wondering a) if it's known how long the delay is going to be and b) is it really going to right itself or is it sort of broken LOL I just want to know if I should keep hanging on in there. I had great experience with my first site here, and that's why I picked them for my second site,

Hello,

Maintenance has caused the queues to be paused. Once the admins are happy, the queues will be allowed to go again, so it is going to right itself.
We can't give you an estimated time, as these things can be quite unpredictable. If we gave times and then overran them, you'd be even more angry.
So, hang on in there.
Just a note: only one account is permitted per person.

Cool Thanks for the reply, I just wanted to check things would get moving eventually! You never know LOL

And don't worry, I want to get rid of my first account, I'm just trying to work out how to do it

Just log into the forum account linked to it, and open a ticket pasting this form, and place the X in the parentheses and your cPanel username where indicated:

Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.
