Performance Issue (high IOPS)

Hi,
When someone loads the site for the first time in a day, IOPS rises to 10/10 and loading takes 3/4 minutes. After the first loading in a day the website works fine.
How can I solve the problem?

Use a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache. Optimize your images. Attached is http://lucabortolami.pcriot.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/MG_5986-sfondo.jpg losslessly compressed by almost 48k. I used FileOptimizer to do this.

I already use w3 total cache. I think this is not a caching problem
