Permission Denied?

When i try to access my IPB, it will say permission denied. I have permissions for the folder set to 775 and have tried everything. Help?

it can't be higher than 755... over 755 is disabled for security reason.

Make sure nothing in the folder including images is over 755.

i can't access the admin CP now.

Delete and re-upload. Make sure that it is in the public_html folder.
