Permissions Error While Editing My Mediawiki Instance. -> Please Delete Account

Please delete the account for waltwilliams.x10.mx. I kept getting a permissions error while trying editing my mediawiki instance even though I was properly logged in.

Even though the hosting was free, this and other problem that I have experienced while using this server made me fell less than comfortable about paying for hosting for an actual money making web site. I need something reliable.

Thanks for the use of your service. If I find someone that needs decent free hosting I will send them your direction

To delete your free-hosting account --> sign in to cPanel at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - then click on [ Settings ] near the top right - then down and to the left is [ Delete Account ]

NOTE: forum, and client, accounts remain, only the actual hosting part is deleted

I'm sorry to hear you were having problems. It looks like the permission issues you were running into were being caused by mod_security on our servers. When you submitted a message with over 4 URLs in, the server was treating your request as spam, so you would have seen an error. This is a rule in place to prevent spambots, and we could disable this rule for your account.

In any case, you can delete your account from your cPanel, as @bdistler said. Your account will be suspended, and it will be fully terminated in approximately 14 days.
