Permissions issue

I've got a phpBB board running and I'm pretty experienced with it. I've got the file permissions set correctly etc but some users, me included get a 403 Forbidden on some .php files. ucp.php for example and when changing something in the ACP I get it too

You don't have permission to access /adm/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas?

I have a similar issue, It sound like something to do with 'mod_security'.

That sounds like a small coding error. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.
