I am a seucrity consultant, and I am currently working with a client who has been harassed over the last 3 years. She has taken out several subpoena's, and has hired me to track them down. The idea is a website which will grab their IP address, and to trace it back. We have an idea where the person lives, but need this to confirm it.

Because of the nature of your business, I don't think that an X10 free hosting account is appropriate for you. I will have a staff member look into it, but I don't think that this sort of thing will be allowed in any context on any host, paid or free.
