It's been handled; in the future if you can, send an email to abuse[@]x10hosting.com - it's a much faster way to get in touch with us, especially in my case; if I'm in a hurry, I check the abuse email but not the forums, and yesterday/early today I've been in a hurry thanks to some personal stuff >_<
