After submitting a high-urgency support ticket over 5 hours ago for my site which has been down since last night, I have received no response...no update..nothing. This is very frustrating. I highly suggest stepping up customer service by providing 24-7 phone support. This is the first host I've been with that I can't just pick up the phone and talk to a person to get a problem resolved :/.

have you called there number? there are several options there.

If you hop on IRC, theres a chance you'll catch an admin, maybe even corey.

i think through that right now, the phone just forwards the call to the staff's private numbers, since i don't think x10 has an office.

this assumes your a paying customer, if thats not the case then all you can do is wait.

Got a response and my site is back up. Big relief.

I did call the number, but I was only directed to a voicemail box. In support ticket reply, I was given an extension to where I could reach a person :)
