Phone Website

I'm using the Sitebuilder and have checked and setup a "Phone" webpage for my site. How do I get this to go live? I still get the desktop version on my phone's browser.

I'm not familiar with the Sitebuilder at all, but have tried using incognito/private mode on your phone's browser? Might just be a cache issue.
