Photographer and Model Website

I am interested in starting a website that would host photographers and models work. There are websites that are simliar but tend to include the entire country or countries. I want to focus on just my individual state as most models and photographers tend to work local. I am not looking to become rich on memberships or anything (in fact i dont mind offering it for free, like myspace), just want to create a myspace type website that allows photographers and models to exchange photos and network for possible shoots. Allowing them to add comments to their photos and work would also be nice. I would have to up my allowed data capacity on this server (x10hosting) but i was wondering if this would be allowed?

yes it should be as long as the un-used space is deleted, and the hosting is for you site purpose, also be weary of copyrighted content.

also, make sure you get a manager to say the yes or no, since I may be wrong
