Photos not Uploading

I have signed up for a free hosting account. I installed Oxwall using the script installer, and it worked great. However, in testing the installation I am unable to upload images, for user avatars, on posts, albums and photos and in the Admin area to customize the theme. The images either fail to upload at all or the image record is created with a blank thumbnail. Need Help

cPanel --> Software and Services box --> Select PHP Version --> Check your PHP extensions/modules and settings with https://www.oxwall.com/hosting-requirements
Those hardware minimums though...
