PHP 5.4.36

On my website I was writing a quick PHP document. I noticed it stopped on password_hash. So I checked the PHP version (http://quaband.x10.mx/http/tests/server.php). I was reading and x10Hosting supposedly upgraded to PHP 5.5 a year ago. I am stumped trying to find a way to fix this, other Free Hosting sites show they run PHP 5.5.20. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cPanel REGULAR, not BASIC

Section: Software/Services

Click on Select PHP Version

Adjust PHP Version to 5.5 (5.5.20) and save
