So PHP 7.1 is now officially EOL https://www.php.net/eol.php. What's the plan to update to 7.4 or 7.2/7.3?

7.2 is in the drop down list of php options when using multiphp manager.
ive never had a need to go that high so couldnt tell ya how it works.
im still happy with php 5.4 had no need to upgrade.
i only upgrade if its needed, i dont upgrade just because of eol,
or someone says i should, but thats just me

as stated in another post, x02 was not updated, and i dont know if they will or not.
your only option would be contact official staff or contact x10hosting directly.
regular members can not help you with such upgrades as they dont have server access.

although i would not expect an immediate reply unless you call them.
support for free accounts is not as good as if it were a paid account.
these free forums are mostly so users can try to help other users.
but the staff does come in once in a while just not a lot.

That's for general inquiries. It says "If you are looking for free hosting website support, please visit our support page." And then there is no place to contact them.

you simply have to send an email to them using general inquires,
or call them on the phone as said, the information is there in the link i provided.
if your looking for some other way to contact them there is not any.
the support link you provided is just the knowledge base,
which will not help you with php version changing
