Please sirs, help me out if at all possible. I get the following error message:

• CPMage cannot be installed if open_basedir is enabled in PHP. Please ask your host to disable open_basedir for your cPanel account "public_html". Please ensure your host disables open_basedir for the entire account, and not by uploading a custom php.ini file, as this will not be sufficient to run CPMage.

Once you have configured your server (ask your host to help you), please run this CPMage installer again.

I believe you can`t disable open_basedir.. and also staff can`t disable it for you.

because this setting is for whole server not a single account..

you have to upgrade to paid if you want to disable it.
