PHP Debug & Modify

[JAL Virtual]

Ok every few days on my site http://jalvirtual.org i get error messages in the .php code for some reason so i have to reupload the .php files its getting annoying

Sample of the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/jlvirtua/public_html/index.php on line 84

only staff can help you because they are doing work on servers and i think it is a server error..

My account is now suspended WTF It says my site has a virus it does not!!! Theres no virues on my computer.

If staff detect virus on your site then there should be a virus otherwise the staff did not cheat anyone

Well i don't want to start again im getting no support ether if im gunna move at least let me get my files from my site.

I was given no explaination i do not want to start agian i did not know i had a virus before the 14 days are up i want my DB and Files back.

Wheres the support gone i opened a support ticket yesterday and no reply?
