PHP dont work correct on my site

I make online shop for my company site. I test it on my home server and my old account on others server and it work fine. I make account here and put my site on it but php dont work correctly. I have php v2 on my account enabled. What can be reason of that ?

What kind of error is happening? What is the error message given by the server?

Geez, request a PHPv2 upgrade on your account management panel.

There are no errors, php part of site simply do nothing, site go reloaded and no effect. I cant even use simply registration form.
Example:
go to http://www.saltob.elementfx.com/
Use: LOGOWANIE/REJESTRACJA" link on lef side of site to go to registration page. Thet click link "Tutaj" and then click button "Wyślij". I php will work correctly then message will apear that all field are required, but now site just go reloaded and do nothing.

I have allready php v2.
