The default PHP installation does not always have the mb_string extension enabled, but my program requires me to run the PHP multibyte-string extension which is not enabled by default. Please enable it

if you have php level 2 (intermediate) the mb extensions are loaded, please select under http://x10hosting.com/account the request to upgrade your account to php intermediate - its not instant, it will take a few hours to upgrade but it is an automated process
