I've seen a few threads about this in the forum, but none with a definite answer. When I try to pipe email to public_html/upload/input.php, the email bounces with this:
The file is 755 should be working just fine. Anybody know?
EDIT: Also no, there is no perl involved.

Can't do setuid (cannot exec sperl)
