PHP Error When Upgrade

I was trying to upgrade my PHP version from my ACP and I got this error, please find the attached screen shot

Any idea why I got this?...

And, is it possible to change my account username

Not sure what the problem is, I am manually added a request in, you should get an e-mail soon confirming this.

Edit: I added your row manually and ran the httpd update script, you should be all set.
