I recently requested my account to be deleted so I could use a different hosting package, I recreated it, also chose another name, requested the PHP to be upgraded. It's supposedly upgraded. And it's done exactly the same as my old website.

Please downgrade back to basic, then re-upgrade to intermediate; this seems to be a problem encountered by some users. Not sure why it happens, but this should fix it. Note that you MUST wait for the downgrade to take effect before re-upgrading.

No problem :). It takes some time, but it should resolve it. Sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused, really not sure why this happens.
