php exec() not enabled

Can anyone assist me in enabling php exec() for my website. I need it for my key plugin to work.

PHP functions such as ''exec" are prevented from being used in free hosting intentionally.

Thank you for your reply, is there a way that i cam have it enabled. My specialty report writer only works with it

Unfortunately, that is one of the functions that are disabled completely for free hosting. You cannot enable it.
The closest you can come to shell command execution is by the cron option in cPanel.
