php extension soap

Hi to all,
I am trying to install Magento 1.9.2.0 manually after auto-installer failed to work. The problem is a error message when I get to the config page. A message on the top says: "PHP extension "soap" must be loaded."
What I have to do to activate "soap"? You could turn on me?
I need to present a magento store and urges me to present in 5 days.

What I have to do to activate "soap"?

to enable the [ SOAP ] extension
at [ cPanel-x3 theme ] ( not x10hosting Basic) home page --> [ Software and Services ] --> [ Select PHP Version ] - set a checkmark at [ soap ]
be sure to click on [ Save ] after you click on [ Apply ]
