My account keeps getting suspended for "high system resource usage" whenever I try to upgrade my forum to the newer version of PHPBB3. What should I do?

Is your Account Still Suspended?

If yes than post your cpanel username and server name.

No, there was a button that allowed me to instantly unsuspend it, but I tried upgrading the forum a second time and got suspended again. I unsuspended it again after so now my account is unsuspended but my forum is not upgraded and I was wondering how to go about upgrading it without getting suspended again.

Don't use direct update. Upload new version of phpbb and then try to upgrade
