Hello,

Please check the permissions on public_html itself, it should be set to 750.

Sorry,

We have around 250 tickets open at any given time, so there is unfortunately a high probability of some getting lost. All of us are volunteers and just answer these in our free time.

Please post the contents of your .htaccess file in the public_html folder (or in your home folder if you have one there as well).

EDIT: Just got word that there might be something else going on here that might require admin involvement, please be patient while they investigate the cause of your issue.

There isn't anything, I've got an admin looking into this.

Well first time I've heard of something breaking that way, but fixed. A directory that isn't something you could've messed up got its permissions messed up.

Admin's fixed it, should be good to go.
