PHP Host Connect

I am trying to connect to my PHPMyAdmin database, but it keeps coming up with the error "Couldn't connect to database" on my webpage. I have triple check all my information, and it is correct. What host should I use?

Localhost, but I don't see PHPMyAdmin installed on your account - you should be using the one contained in your cPanel, because if you're trying to connect to mysql from your home system, it'll get blocked at the firewall.
