I've been having a lot of problems with my cPanel lately after a failed installation of software. I no longer have a php.ini file and the "Php Configuration" does nothing to help. It does not let me reinstall a php just gives me a reference table.

I hadn't uploaded my site prior to this so I just would like to have my cPanel completely reset if possible. That way I can finish my site and just go from there. Most of the work I had done already wasn't that important.

You never had a php.ini file.
There is one php.ini file for each free server. It cannot be customized for each account.

I just want to reset my cPanel if possible. I am pretty sure I did at one point have a PHP.ini file. That's not my problem. I just want to know if x-10 hosting can completely reset my cPanel account.

If it's not possible then I will just have to create another account and close this one because I see no other way to fix the problem.

First request deletion of this account here..

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Then Create A new account. But remember that you will not get php.ini file even after creating new account..
