PHP.ini requirements for phprojekt.

phprojekt specifies these requirements
magic_quotes_gpc = 0
magic_quotes_runtime = 0
magic_quotes_sybase = 0

So when I try to set this up I get the error
"The php.ini setting of "magic_quotes_gpc" has to be "0""
can be found at the URL
http://rmt.x10hosting.com/htdocs/setup.php

is there anyway this can be remedied?

custom php.ini is not allowed on Free Accounts. You need to upgrade your account to paid http://x10premium.com

This script should be removed from the script deploying scripts if it cannot be run
