Php ini

I need help to find the php ini file i ran the phpinfo() command and it says that the php.ini file is in a directory

/usr/local/lib/php.ini

Says that it is in the /usr/local/lib/php.ini direnctory but i cant find that file. can someone please help me find it.

You can not change the php.ini in any way on shared hosting. You will not be able to access it.

It is a server wide configuration file, no changes can be made on a per account basis.

Not that it matters when there's torrents on the account of course, which aren't supposed to be there, as if having the entire page password protected isn't suspicious enough
