PHP Installation Missing MySQL Extension?

So, my WordPress blog was just working. And then I refreshed the page, and now it simply says: "Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress."

I went into cPanel to try switching the PHP version/options and everything is grayed out with an error message stating: 'User is not in CageFS'. I am so confused right now.

Any ideas?
