PHP Intermediate Ver didnt update after 2 days

i receved the fallowing email

it seams like it updated in my acount it also says

PHP VersionHP 5.2.5 - Intermediate Ver.

but my forum still says
Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration

It can take up to 24 hours to upgrade fully, once you receive that email.
