PHP issue with my wordpress theme

Hi, I know that the staff is very busy the overall upgrading process. But I'm trying to use an automatic image thumbnails resizer on my site and it doesn't work. The script is ''timthumb.php'' and it requires the PHP's GD-library to work. Can some one tell me if that library is installed by default with the PHP intermediate config package ? If not, can it be installed for my account ?

GD is enabled on all PHP Versions.
