PHP lvl 2 request

I was wondering the status of my PHP upgrade to lvl2 - I'm still getting the error message with the mail() function, and its been a couple of days since the request:

It takes 6-12 hours for the upgrade to become active.

Thanks for looking into this. Yeah, I read that it took about 12 hours in another post, but for some reason it took two days for me, hence my question. I'm not complaining, just explaining.
