I'm currently having a paid account at x10premium. I was to buy another one for the university. Because I was with you for years. But your suspend encouraged me to find about other hosting providers. (I never did it earlier)

Anyway, thanks for what you've given and thaks Cooray. The reason for suspending is hosting a game. As I can remember cooray visited this site several times earlier and he has seen it, but did not suspend the account. (he's the one to activate the addon domain for this game). May be it is suspended by someone else.

But I would much pleased if you can send a warning before you do suspend so that user can do the necessary changes.

Corey does not usually suspend the free accounts, we have a team of a dedicated professional for this. For a non-zero tolerance suspension we do normally send out e-mails (Inactive Accounts, etc). Due to the nature of this suspension and nature of copyright laws, we have to take down violating sites immediately and restrict access to them. These sites, unlike inactive accounts, are in direct violation of the law of the United States, and penalties could result if we were to keep it up and someone came across it.

Without suspending can't you delete those files or temporary suspend with a warning? What's the point of making a PREMENENT suspend according to your TOS?

We shouldn't have to delete the files since they should not have been there in the first place. We take Copyright Infringement very seriously.
