php mail() function is disabled?? still not working??

I am trying to install wordpress 2.6.1 to my website. but it shows several errors

it shows that like this
Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/myusername/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2223

and first it was Warning: getmypid() has disabled for security reason in /home/myusername/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52.

So i need to get this problem solved and these disabled stuffs to be enabled.

For mail() upgrade your PHP version to intermediate at http://x10hosting.com/account

Please post like 2223 of /home/myusername/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php

thanks for the kind information, but it takes 24 hours for the acception or decline right.

PHP updates can take up to 24 hours but our new system usually has you upgraded within a few hours for intermediate PHP.
