PHP mail() Function Is Working But Unable To Deliver Mail

Dear Sir,

When I was trying to send mail by the PHP mail() function, it returned the boolean value TRUE but the mail was not delivered. I am also not getting any failed message in my default mailbox. Please check it and fix it as soon as possible. I am currently under the server Starka.

Where are you sending the emails? Due to abuse we're currently blacklisted at hotmail and yahoo.

But I think it's fully disabled. I am trying to send mail to the domain atmail.us.to, though it's not working...........
