PHP mail() stopped working

I have a contact form on my website that uses the PHP mail() function I noticed today that it is not working. I also have a cronjob set up to email me once a week and the last email I got from it was on 1/17/09 so that was about the time it stopped working.

I have an issue with mail today too. It stopped working this am some time. I understand that there was a thread somewhere in the last few weeks that explained WHY some mail wasn't working. Some accounts were sending WAY TOO MUCH mail.

Here is the error message:

Server Down

Network Issue

Port/Protocol MisMatch
