I had a system set up with my website where users could register and an email would be sent to them to confirm their email address. This has stopped working over the last couple of weeks, and I read here https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/not-receiving-email-from-contact-form-site-builder.202310/ that this is due to a new spam filter being implemented on the free hosting.

Can anyone recommend a solution where I can email confirmation to users? Does this filtering occur on the premium hosting?

This problem went away for a couple of weeks, users started getting their emails properly, and now it has arisen again. Anyone know what is going on? I like x10hosting, find it very stable, but this is turning into a major headache for me.

Edit: Could it be that if Number of Registations > than a set amount, the spam filter identifies the sending email address as a spam bot and disables emails for a while? That would explain why this problem has arisen as the website has grown in popularity.
