Hi, in order to install server software, I need to have the PHP module 'pdo_mysql' installed on my web server. It isn't currently. I get the error "could not find driver, please check your database settings", and I found that it was due to pdo_mysql. IIRC a staff member has to enable this for my account. I'm using this for a subdomain of my account in which the username is mistrix1.

Thank you.

pdo_mysql should be available; we had a temporary glitch where all PHP extensions/configurations were removed for a period of time, however that should be fixed now.

The pdo_mysql extension was deactivated on your account for some reason; I have reactivated it. You can manage your PHP extensions yourself by logging into cPanel and clicking the "PHP Version" icon.
