PHp My Admin

When I login to PHP my admin it will not allow me to import a database becasue I do not have priviledges to create a new database? how can I change this?:nuts:

Use MySQL Databases tool to create the DB and PHPMyAdmin to import the tables for the DB.

The MySQL Databases tools are located in cPanel, in the same section as the PhpMyAdmin link.

Thanks evryone for their advice. However I managed to create a database using my databases, but when I go into myphpadmin to import the tables it says that I do not have access rights to do that.

You might have to edit the import file, if it includes a "CREATE DATABASE" instruction, which would be at the top of the file.

Make a copy of the file and then edit out any "CREATE DATABASE" instructions and try importing that into the database you have created.
