php mysql issue

I have an issue with myphp, somehow it is giving me errors and will show page unavailable whenever the sql data is picked up. My email for login details is my1business2024@gmail.com. See details attached

This would normally indicate an error with the php script itself. Please check your error logs as they will tend to shine some light on the issue or enable display_errors in Select PHP Version > Options

Yes the issue was with PHP script. It's sorted. Thanks
