PHP newbie

Hi,

Just wondering, I have a php3 file that I want to use, can I just upload it onto the www/ folder where I upload everything else, or do i need to upload it somewhere else??

Should be in your public_html folder. Not to sure if php3 will run though !

There is a lot of backwards compatibility in PHP so it should work. I suggest you get a newer version of whatever you are uploading, unless you want to change everything whenever an error comes up yourself (especially since PHP 6 is coming out :O).

I'd say... Use it if you want. But get an updated version if you can. Because 3 is just... Old...
