PHP Not Working Properly?

On my site, http://goldenkeysavannahstate.elementfx.com, I designed a Twitter gadget and a weather gadget using Flash. Both gadgets require the use of PHP to function properly. A few weeks ago, the gadgets functioned properly on x10hosting's servers. Now, they are not functioning at all. I was wondering, were there any changes in the PHP functionality for free hosting? I also tested my site on my local machine using WAMP server and these gadgets worked fine.

If your PHP goes "outside", ie calls on an external source, that is the problem. Port 80 outbound has been blocked due to abuse by a few and so things like cURL no longer work.

Yes, I am using cURL to go outside and get the Tweets and the weather. Thanks for the update.
