Php reset and upgrade prob

My php config was reset from intermediate to basic and when i request intermediate i get an error i think it said code:4 not sure tho.

cpanel user: malcomhf

server: absolut

Unfortunally we cannot change your php config as that is an admins job please post a support ticket in:

Before you post a ticket though check your x10 account via this link:

Log in and check your php request again if neccesary!!
