Php Script Help

Hi,

Im having a problem trying to make/find something That can read from a txt file
then download all the links that are in the txt file.. the links that i am putting in the txt file are .png images.. and the problem is that the imags all have the same name..
eg small.png or they can be small_T032.png
what i need is a script that can download these imags and rename them so that it is not overwriting the same image.
is there a possability that they could be naned as the same folder they was downloaded from..
that way when the script is run again it wont download the same images so i wont have duplicates when they are downloaded..

Ive been trying to find something that can do this for quiete some time now..
and not had any luck in doing it..

If it doesn't have to be written in PHP i would say the best solution is to create an bash (linux) shell script for this task. You should be able to use it on an windows machine with cygwin too.
