Php scripts don't work

Can someone please check my account setup. Wordpress does not work with cpanel install or regular install. The admin does not work. Fantastico does not work at all. Get this error: Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/includes/enc_restrictions.inc.php on line 2

Account on Stoli are currently being transferred to the new server. The problems you are having should reslove themselves once the transfer has completed.
Please be patient.

Then I assume that accounts already transferred will not work until everyone is transferred.

Correct. If, after the Admins have confirmed that the transfer is complete, you are still having problems please post back and someone will look into it.

Thank you. That explains why server load is under 1.00
I can appreciate that they need the resources to make the transfers.
