Hi Support
Klemen, the maker of the Hesk support script has asked me to ask you why PHP sessions sometimes only work, and sometime's don't as I am having problems with the Hesk script on my site.
This was my question to him:
I keep having session expired errors when using the admin fuction of Hesk Support on my site.
I can browse about 2 pages or so, then it will just cut out, mainly on categories, canned responses and users page.
The session expired error will appear and ask me to log in again, which repeats over and over again.
I have also had mentions that when submitting tickets, it will display Can't connect to SQL or something on them lines, however the ticket will still go through.
His response was:
You will need to check with your host why PHP sessions sometimes work and sometimes not. Even a simple session test file doesn't work all the time:

The link to the session test is above too, which states true, however there are still session expirations on my script.
Any ideas?
